Preliminary consultation
The company’s specialists provide advice to candidates for training in Ukraine in questions of selection specialty, form of learning, according to the candidate’s age, level of education, wishes and financial possibilities. Make a preliminary assessment of the documents and coordinate with the university taking on the training of the candidate.
Making invitations
After receiving a positive response from the University for Admission, candidates shall pay the cost of invitations, for its design services, visa support and delivery. Employees of the company sent an invitation to the international express mail service (EMS, TNT, DHL, etc.) to the address specified by the candidate in his country of residence.
*** If necessary and desired, the candidate of the company for an additional charge may also help to take out health insurance required when submitting documents for candidate interview at the Embassy of Ukraine, and send together with the invitation to training.
Visa support
If necessary, the company’s employees help correctly and properly prepare all the necessary documents for candidate’s visa for study. We provide services for the translation of documents into the Ukrainian language, the correct completed visa application form, check the availability of visa support of the Embassy of Ukraine to the passage of the candidate interviews, etc.
Arrival and meeting at the airport
Representatives of the company organize all the necessary procedures for the arrival of the candidate in Ukraine, and the successful crossing of the border. For this:
- to issue an official notification letter Border Service of Ukraine on the date, time and flight of arrival of the candidate,
- together with the University representatives meet students at the airport,
- organize the transfer to the selected high school,
- help with the settlement of the hostel,
- help with the paperwork upon medical examination;
- help with the paperwork to obtain a certificate of registration in the Migration Service of Ukraine;
- help with the adaptation of primary students in Ukraine and accompany them throughout the period of study in Ukraine.
